Win XP problem

Post by TeddyTed »

Hey Fellas,

I've noticed that everytime I startup my WinXP machine and I get to my log-on screen, at the password prompt, it allways show "X" amount of emails waiting next to my Log-on name.

I suspect that this is might be related to outlook express but, I can't put my finger on where the problem could exists.
By the way, outlook express is NOT my default email client.

Has anyone seen this problelm?

Thanks,
TB.

Yeah, I've got my Hotmail account set-up in outlook express but, how do I address the problem?
Have you had this problem?

Thanks,

AznStyl,

Thanks for your effort but, the "X" actually refers to ANY number; where "X" can be 1 or 100.
I don't literally me "X".

Thanks,
TB

Yes it is a MSN messenger feature. Its not really a problem. The way I address it is by veiwing the e-mails. Do that then the message disappears. :)
