Stupid question

Post by E Man »

Here's a stupid problem I'm having, and I'm not quite sure why I can't figure it out. As a new WinXP user, I'm not familiar with everything yet. When I used to press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, I would see a small screen showing CPU Usage (%) and various other info....now when I press it, I only see applications that are currently open. How can I revert back to the original screen I was seeing?

Thanks for your help.

I don't see any tabs on the top of mine. I simply see a large grey rectangles with the words "Task" and "Status" at the top, and on the bottom, 3 buttons reading End Task, Switch To, and New Task. There are NO TABS.

I know what you're talking about, because that's the screen I used to have. If no one here believes me, I'd be glad to post a screen shot. I'm sure there's some way to switch back to the screen I was viewing a while ago upon pressing CTRL ALT DELETE.

You're welcome, and don't feel stupid, we all had to learn this stuff at some point in time. Some of it the hard way :D .
