Problem:
All P2P downloads slow down considerably after 15min approx.

Description:
I changed PC's, Operating systems and P2P apps, and Registry settings and could not get rid of the problem. I changed the Power Mgt settings to 'always on', w.o. success.

I called the cable company, they say it's not them. They have not heard of this type of problem from other users.

I 'd appreciate any input re. this problem.

Ok now that you bhave clared up everything on your end and your cable company's end, how about talking to the P2P people?
I don't see how you can do this to me

On different clients is this identical? How much is the bandwith down affected? Are you sending upstream? Multiple users?
With a little more info I might have a sug. or two.
