Post by Sir_Bernard_3rd »

I've tried alot of Firewalls. From BlackICE, to ZoneAlarms, to that gay Norton one... which is the best?!

If your good at rule sets, Tiny would be considered about the best. If your like me and your not good at rule sets, ZA is the choice though you may want to try Outpost or Sygate.

There is a new version of Sygate that is supposed to be good.

Still agree with Hayc about Outpost because of it's extra features for a single connection user. We can't use the free version here because of the network.

As far as what is best goes, that decision is yours and yours alone. All we can give is an edumacated suggestion based on what suits us. Hayc is an example of that with AVG.

actually they're all equally good.

If they have something like automatic rules or configuration turn that off.

Close of everything and only open what you need.
You see, the rat's also a Ventriloquist.
