I had a great weekend If you you think getting in a wreck and getting arrested is included in having a good time.
Friday was Music Midtown....unbeleivable time I had so much fun. I got there and We walked around til Hoobastank played at 99x stage....99x is our local new rock radio station. The group I was with split up pretty much it was a few of my freinds who stayed back a alittle further me and a friend went to the very front it was wild. We were all going nuts everyone was pushing and shoving I was having a great time, but it did get really hot and we moved back a alittle met up with some other friends and we were right by the mosh pit and we stayed there I didnt want to get it cause I didnt want to leave my friend there and not be able to find her. Then Incubus came on and we moved up to the front and it was pretty wild but she was getting kinda short breath cause it was so hot and hard to breathe. So We moved back with out group and We get on Marta. Which is our Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit authority. We all pile in and the train is PACKED I mean I had to stand up on a chair and someone had to sit under me and it was still hardly any room. My freind then had an Asthma attack which was getting worse through the whole ride. We finally get to Where are cars were and by that time he is bad. Taking short hard breaths so we called 911 got an ambulance and they oxy him up. Over all not a bad night got home at 3:30 had to get up in 5 hours for my Driving Class when I got my speeding ticket.
Fast Forward
It is 4pm that day and I decide to let my friend drive because My wallet had been stolen and I dont have my liscenes so we are about to get on the freeway and BAm we hit a 2002 C 320 her dirver side door quater panel and side mirror have to be replaced. My car got a small dent on the door and it will need a new passenger quater panel, its not bad it just got some dmg. Its not that bad we werent going above 30 mph. But we pull over in a parking lot and the person named (lady) comes and asks if everyone is allright and we all said yes even the lady.
So then we get the Cops out there and He asks if everyone is allright and the Lady sais yes and we all say yes.
Fast Forward
My friend got a ticket for Unsafe Lane Change I felt really bad for her cause she wanted to drive and I was not mad at her at all its an accident. So I decide I will drive the rest of the way. Pretty crappy day raining and muddy I was not in the mood Felt like **** my car had been wrecked. I saw Kid Rock play he was pretty bad ass. Still pissed I missed Adema. On the way home We get on the marta train with a guy who is wearing an Airborne Army Jacket and claims he just got back from Vietnam, so I thought that was a little strange since Vietnam ended almost 30 years ago.
Fast Forward
Sunday:
Told my parents about my Wreck they were mad that I told them the day after. I had a freind come over to convince my Parents to let my goto music Midtown. So The drive over is fine thank god Even though my friend saw the same mercedes in the same spot we got in a wreck that day. So we get there Puddle of Mudd plays they were bad ass I just wasnt in the mood again cause the person who was with me for the past 2 days wasnt there. Then we left a little early during no doubt and Me My good Friend and his Girlfriend another real good friend of mine are waiting on a marta train and as one is STOPPING it was going about 15mph I slapped the side of it. So then the MARTA police start yelling at me telling me to find another way home. I couldnt even talk to my friend he would intterupt me and told me to get outta there. So I walk 5 steps up the stairs hop it and run down to my friends saying I will wait for some other people and they can go on with out me. The cop grabs me tells me to wait here. My friend sais thats f------ bulls--- and starts defending me. Well He gets thrown in Handcuffs and another marta cop puts me in cuffs. So we go up stairs and they search me take off my shoes and puts me in a Cell for juveniles since I am 16. Well my friend they are saying he is going to the big house cause he is 17 and they are all laughing joking around. And I am getting pissed and I couldnt do anything I had cuffs on me so all I could do is clench my fist and teach and just try to not go nuts. They call my parents Telling them that I am going to be able to leave but my friend was going to the Pen but his mom called and had some things to say so an 1 hour and a half later and no feeling in my hands cause I accidently tightened the cuffs. My parents arrive. It is 12:30 and they are pissed. So he writes the police report saying i stuck my hand out in front of the train ,which is a lie cause I slapped and, causing the train to have to stop.....WTF the train had to stop anyways IT WAS A GD TRAINSTOP YOU DUMB MFer. So we have a ticket for Disorderly conduct and the only NICE cop told me that the judge will throw it out anyways. So basically they put us away for my friend saying F------- BullS---- and me for slapping a marta train. I was so pissed I am still Pissed.
HABEUS CORPUS ALL THE WAY -- They didnt read my friend his rights and he is an adult. So I that is one good thing.
Present Time
I talk to Insurance lady and The stupid LADY sais she is SHOOK up from the wreck that was no harder than someone slamming on the brakes. So I am waiting for her to try and get money out of this for medical actions by sueing then they court will realize that it wasnt a bad wreck from the scratches on the car and I am going to counter sue her for costs of lawyer.

Friday was the Most fun I have ever had. at MM Incubus was awesome and I would have Loved Kid Rock but I just couldnt get in to it.
