Sound Blaster Extigy

Post by BoOmEr2120 »

Hello,

I recently purchased a Sound Blaster Extigy, and since I got it I always received skips when playing something and going something at the same time with the computer. This audio device connects to the computer via USB, so I was wondering if it would be possible to increase the USB's or sound cards priority to eliminate these skips.

Might get better answers in the hardware forum. We are just a bunch of idiots in here. ;) Sounds like a reasonable assumption, give it a whirl, can't hurt I don't guess. I have an app that you can monkey with system processes priorities, but I'm kinda beta testin it for someone, and said that I would not give it out. But if this proggie can do it, I'm sure that GOOGLE(your good friend) can find something that'll do it as well.
