I dunno, I wouldn't go with them just because the use an old version of Apache. Old = more bugs/exploits.
If you don't mind that though - they seem very excellent

Sure seems like it. Too professional for a scam.

Just make sure you get phone numbers, addresses, the whole nine yards. It wouldn't hurt, once you get them, to check them out to make sure that their real.

make sure you read their terms also. They got alot of DON'T's

I use http://www.f5hosting.com for two websites that are on the Gold Package. I have not had one lick of trouble with these guys and they have excellent support.
