Stupid UPS

Post by Jim »

My monitor has been sitting in Jersey since last night, and has sat there for the past 24 hours. The shipping date is STILL listed as March 13th (what, they going to go back in time or something?), and there's no indication of it leaving anytime soon.

Why can't they just send the damn thing up? I could've driven down and back in less than a quarter of the time it has sat there. :(

UPS is stupid.....

as an ex UPS employee I second that motion....... :D :D

You'll need to call their helpdesk, complain complain complain.... I don't know if you need to pay the shipping costs but if you do, say that it is only reasonable that you won't have to pay anything because they are a 'bit' late with the shipment..
You see, the rat's also a Ventriloquist.

Haha, I know, and I think you're getting back at me. ;)

Damnit, its still in Jersey? Sheesh, I hate having to make a call for something stupid like this.

It doesn't even list a rescheduled date, it STILL says it will be delivered March 13th! :( :p

Honestly I think with the past anthrax scares nobody is being to careful these days. Added security and such. I saw on CNN last month that each package is being sniffed by trained dogs! A lot of mail and deliveries being held up. Fed-Ex and UPS along with the others might reconsider their shipment rates and guarantees.

y'know, I have way more problems with UPS than with any other shipping company. I always cringe when UPS is the only shipping option.
