The 128 PC100 was used for quite a while. The 512MB Dimm (I have 3 of them) were used for maybe a week and all work fine.

Hmm, I'm not good at making offers, I see you told the other fellow to make an offer, but can I have a ballpark of how much shipped one of those 512 chips would be? Could they pull off 133?

I'll sell the 512's for $50 each and I'll cover shipping. I don't knowif they could run at 133mhz, but doubt it as they are ECC.
