I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to tweakingk, so just try to help me out here. How do i increase my upload speeds??

Nope, upload speeds are capped by your ISP, if you are using 2K or XP you can tweak your DefaultSendWindow setting to help with better data transfer.

well i dont know what my cap is, but i can rarely upload over 10kp/s.
