just wanted to find out what are some upstream/downstream speeds that other residential roadrunner customers are getting. thanks

I think the caps is 3mb and 128kbps. I'm not shure though.

RoadRunner = 2mbit/384kbits.

** Speed 1923(down)/369(up) kbps **
(At least 38 times faster than a 56k modem)

when i download it averages out to about 50 KB/s. is that good or bad?

50KB = 400 Kb

50KB on this would be not so good for RR. 50KB for normal web surfing might be acceptable, it also depends how fast the rest of the network and server are getting the bytes to you.

iaus10, are you using the speedguide tweaks to get your speed that high?

Yes, currently I'm using the windows 2k tweaks. The tweaks seem to keep me consistantly at the caps. However, the biggest gain I got was when I had the cable company install a new drop from the telephone pole. Go figure...
