The OTHER XP tweaks

I saw that the XP tweaks post at the top of the page is actually taken from another site, and there are more things mentioned at the original site. I just applied the rest of the tweaks and this is the result:

Download time: 7090 milliseconds.
Throughput: 5.642 Mbps

Test Type: Upload 5 Megabytes
Bytes Uploaded: 5242880 bytes
Upload time: 7651 milliseconds.
Throughput: 5.228 Mbps

Also an average 3.5MBps (NOT Mbps) on a download from nvidia.com

Allrighty then... I stand corrected. My point was not to accuse anyone of ripping off another site, I was just pointing out that there are some other settings that some people might want to try out. That's all. I used them myself with good results.
