It depends, are you using the right type of corn cob?

Just kidding, minor hemorrhoids can be treated with meds, major or severe hemorrhiods require surgery........OUCH!

Here is what a hemorrhoid feels like:

I'm getting a bad visual here bro! How you "got it" is your business.

Try the over-the-counter medication first, then if it's not gone see your doctor.

Cut back any alcohol consumption.... It worsens the situation (The Portal vein, esophageal varices and the hemmoroids are the 3 points where the Liver returns blood to the regular circulatory system)

Similar boats. I've been working out on and off for the past few months. Recently I have gotten fed up and am starting to exercise with my rage again.

Get pissed off at something when you exercise. The angrier you get the harder you push your body until you're gasping simply from trying to stop yourself from punching a hole in the wall.

Family Doctor is your best answer, unless you want to post a pic

See your Doc on a regular basis, that way you don't have to doubt your own diagnosis, a second opinion is always good!

One last note:

KEGAL EXERCISES
(Pelvic Floor Exercises)

These exercises are more commenly used for the female type, but if done correctly they can build muscles around the rectum that will help prevent hemorrhoidial development.

Hey man.......not be a smart a$$, but I really think that you should start exercising a eating differently. When I got married in Aug 2000, I weighed 190 and had 12% body fat. Now, I weigh 215 and I have no idea what my body fat is.....(much more). My point??

When you have drastic body changes like this, it just isn't heathly....ESPECIALLY when you have stuff happen like hemerroids. (I know...my wife and both moms are R.N.s) Anyway, I have just joined the "Y" and have started eating very healthy and will try to get back to my 190 and 12% body fat.

If I were you, I would get a membership at a club, start buying tuna, fish, chicken, lean beef, veggies, taters and pasta and toss the junk. If you ever have any questions, lemme know. I have bene talking to nutritionists, personal trainers, etc about what to do and what not to do.

Trust me man.....going from my 31 inch waist to this damn 35 has put me over the edge. I'm going back to healthy. Life was much better then. I don't really know you...true....but you have always helped me when I come here with computer problems, so I would like to help you back.

So....lemme know and good luck, bro!!

Nothing worse than a bunch of Cardinal Grapes hangin out. I know cause I got em too. LOL
Surgery is an option but it is more like sealing off blood vessels cause that's what the grapes are. That will depend on what your Doctor thinks is best for your own ....... ummmm situation.
I don't want to get the surgery done and I try and treat mine in a caring way with a cream and suppository called Proctocedel.
Closing this now.
This is cracking me up. :rotfl:
