Is this good settings for caaable internet if not how and where and what should I do to
make good improvement????

here are some tests after installing from those sites that you suggested and yes I did follow directions still cant figure
out

This is what your want right? for you cable. The speeds are good. Why not use this setting. Get yourself back there.

65535 is not good.. not multiple of MSS can slow down your speed. Download the Vtcp386 patch if you are on 9x to fix the problem.

Sorry my bad. I forgot that the RecieveWindowLimits is just calculated as a constant. It doesn't actually reflect the Speeds you are getting. TCP/IP is NOT a speed tester! I get it now.
