ya well the northridge earthquake only lasted 45 seconds,and it wiped out a whole valley.

I would still take the earthquake,,but norm and sitosterol do make a tornado sound pretty cool to witness.

hahaha i drive the 405 almost every other day. from LAX up over the hill to the valley. it's murder. even your going slow it's the other ppl that make it dangerous!!!

i've been through hurricane, it's eh? a big storm, typhoon the same.

plane crash almost no chance of survival.

405 frwy...been there done that.. it's no fun

but earthquake is a big natural rollercoaster !!!

if you ever have the chance to be looking out across a field when one is coming at you it's neat to see the ground moving like a wave in the ocean. (a little freaky as well.)

I would have to say earthquake. I think tornados are far more dangerous. An earthquake in Montana would do very little damage because we don't have those huge a$$ buildings.

Well, I've been through a Tornado, Hurricane, and an inflight fire on an aircraft...haven't been through an earthquake (we tend to get very little tectonic action here in the midwest ) & I've been knocked off the road while traveling at 65 miles an hour...

I guess that if I had to go through one, it would be one in which I had some control over what was going on...which would probably be on the highway... no control over what a tornado does, nor a hurricane, nor an earthquake...

Out of all the situations above that I was in, the car crash was the only one where I had some (albeit very little) control over what was going on. At least I could still steer the car to some extent where I didn't get myself killed...

I think Hurricane and Typhoon are the same thing, just differently named depending on which part of the world your in.

I've never experienced any of them, good old Ohio is quiet, espically northwestern part where I'm at.
