I like cows tender texture so i think you could say I do like Cow compared to other foods. About the Taco I never put taco sauce I have Tacos Shell and Cheese.

Q. I eat lotsa red meat. Mostly filets. Ya know the pricey stuff? And I get real mad when the resturant puts anything on my steak. Pepper and salt are okay, but if I can taste the salt or pepper over the rather distinct flavor of beef, I send it back.

One place here in town marinates thier filets in rum for 12 hours, then sears it, oh my. Gentle hint of sugar, zip of leftover alcohol, and that great taste of cow flesh. Tender, no need for a knife. That sir, is why I eat beef.
