Well, the music industry's at it again...http://www.cnn.com/2001/TECH/ptech/08/0 ... index.html

Yeah it's been posted about that a couple of times. Oh yeah, they can be copied....two differnt ways.

One is to make an analog copy and the other is a bonifide rip. Untill they come out with someting different.

It's a hoax orchestrated by the lame RIAA in cahoots with the music industry. Where are these copy-proof CD's anyways
If they truly existed, one of us would have stumbled upon one, don't ya think?

Yep.....Rewinder's way will work fine......just make sure your cdplayer has a decient DAC......or........

http://www.cdfreaks.com/document.php3?Doc=48&Page=2

this dosn't work for NT or 2000 or even XP...

I think that there must be several rippers that would work also.
Since all you need is software that uses burst mode and a cdrom or burner or DVD player that supports it.

Pretty poor copy protection when software has been out for years that can crack it. Wish I had a disc that I could test a few things on, eh cornbread? :D

copy proof cd's might be coming, but so is a person that will figure out how to get around it!!
Everybody is taking the Afghan war lightly, but in the meantime the realisation that a full-blown war is in progress creates all the uncertainties (and inevitable surprises) that wars always produce.
