entire site hacked, get the rope

[edit]Link Removed due to Worm Contamination Potential[/edit]

well,no DFI upgrades today or.......
I wish they would catch one of these hackers, one of the real pro types and nail him to the cross bigtime.you cant hardly surf the net anymore without having to deal with this crap.try to go anywhere at the above site and all you get is a not so cute message.
These egomaniacs, doers of evil are eventually going to take away the free internet as we know it and turn it into an tightly controlled government run site where we will have no rights and no anonymity whatsoever unless they start catching and burning these people(publicly) that think there so smart they are above any laws or rules of society.
Is there anything written about what anyone is doing to catch these keyboard criminals who seem to get away with it all,all the time. If theres a place to send a few bucks tothe "catchem coffer",let me be the first to contribute.

Did either of you get an immediate virus alert from your AV programs? I don't think the poster did this intentionally and I need to know if I'm the only one that got nailed here?

You should be safe, but none the less, run antivirus and see if it picks anything out.

It's not a virus, it's a worm.

The link presents a security threat to individuals. We will not, even with warnings galore and big flame pits around it, link a site that presents an active threat to someones system.

in that case then all links to microsoft, aol, and other big businesses with childlike tactics need to be removed, j/k...

ha, the guy who posted that link seems to be really legit, i mean dont all legit people use nicknames with weird combinations of characters and numbers to ease in the use of recognition, take for example, "ab12ab12ab12", and dont all legit people post links to sites they know to be virus infected, he probably got more people to click on it than usual just by saying "look heres a virus"
