ok when i wanted to install one of those .ini files it gave me an error........a device attached to the system is not functioning, why does it say that i have ATT Fixed Wireless, with a USB adapter i use NO modem

What .ini file and why?

Right click on My Computer, left click on Properties, left click on the Device Manager tab.

Any thing with a yellow exclamation indicating that it is non functioning?

I think he means the speedpatch that uses the ini file too
