Hi
First of all I have the internet on cable and 2 computers hooked up to the router.
The problem that have is one computer can connect to the net with no probs and it runs normal speed while the other comp CAN connect to the net but it is terribly slow like 1kb per sec download!!! and the other comp did not experience these problems only one comp is. Does the problem have to do with the router settings?? am I setting anything wrong???

I would say that it's probably not the router.
You could put the slow computer on another port and see if that helps.
You could also take the slow computer and hook it straight to the modem and see if that solves the problem.
Try the slow computer on the fast computer's port.
You will probably find that none of these help and that the computer is to blame.
Tweak it and get it running faster.

Simply run adaware, spybot, ZoneAlarm, HijackThis, AVG, update windows daily, have a router, don't open e-mail, turn off action scripting, don't use P2P networks, don't violate EULAs, and wear a condom to get Windows secured.
