Photoshop Question

I just downloaded some thought to be plug ins for iced, cracked, and fire letters but they are not filters/plug ins but rather actions ( .atn )

How do I use these???

Just click the actions tab on the second pallette from the top and then the little triangle in the corner. Select load actions and find your action file. Now click on the action in the pallette window and press the play button. You will then be prompted for text input and it will format the text to ice or fire or whatever.
