To turn timestamps off set Tcp1323Opts to "1" or "0"
I would use 64240 (MSS x 44) because if you used the bigger ones they would be scaled down to 64240 anyway.

Try these RWIN's (Default Rvc Window)
1 at a time in box on adjuster inside 4.0 on desktop. GlobalmaxTcpWindowSize, TcpWindowSize and Default ReceiveWindow must all contain same number (RWIN), Please try these after you take out number thats there now, try:438000, 449680, 470120 or 481800
I left you a few to try to see which one is fastest for you, it goes in 3 places on adjuster inside 4.2 on your desktop, you may wish to test your speed
Save to registry at bottom and reboot each time you change value in adjuster, check analyzer here to be sure RWIN is in
Speedtest below

Try these RWIN's (Default Rvc Window)

1 at a time in box on adjuster inside 4.0 on desktop. GlobalmaxTcpWindowSize, TcpWindowSize and Default ReceiveWindow must all contain same number (RWIN), Please try these after you take out number thats there now, try: 449680, 470120 or 481800
Save to registry at bottom and reboot each time you change value in adjuster, check analyzer here to be sure RWIN is in
