Everything checks out excellent now except the following entries relating to bandwith*delay product:
1. your RcvWindow limits you to: 10278.4 kbs (1284.8 KBytes/s)@200ms
2. your RcvWindow limits you to: 4111.3 kbps (513.92 KBytess)@500ms
Is it possible to up these figures and if so where would I accomplish this?

Now with that in mind if you raise the size of the Rwin (DefaultRcvWindow in win98)
or (TcpWindowSize in Win2k) this will increase the amounts you asked about this could also increase Latency or slow you down if you go to big..
