I notice you recommend RcvWindow settings that vary according to CPU mhz.
I haven't seen any writeups on this.
Is there a formula for this?
Or are you winging it?

Winging it?, maybe but you would think that the larger the CPU the faster you can go, so people with larger CPU's can have larger RWIN's, Just my thought as cable modems are about the same, so I believe the amount of information your computer can recieve or download would have alot to do with how many Mhz your CPU is. People with smaller CPU's with large RWIN's are only hurting them selves, it might show that they are downloading faster but if they check, I'm sure they have packet loss which also means they did not recieve all the files in the download, so smaller CPU's smaller RWIN's
