Help! Intel Pro 100+ Management Adaptor

Post by APVM »

Hi,

I got a used above adaptor cheap, card only, no manual or driver, the number on it is 721383-008, W2K saw it as a Intel Pro/100+ Management Adaptor (TP). A few questions for those who is familiar with this card.

1) the wake on lan cable is missing, can this be purchase anywhere?

2) Upon boot up, I see you can get into the adaptor bios by pressing Ctrl-S, what do the options inside do?

3) Under W2K, there are a few options under Control Panel/System/Hardware/Advance for the adaptor, what do those options do?

I am using this card to connect to the cable modem.

Thanks in advance.

I have 4 of those Adapters, I dont know where you can by the wake-on lan cables. If you want to know all the info on them gohere. I'm sorry i cant answer everything, but there isnt enough room on what all the things that card can do.
