I just read that with the latest version of Win 10 you'll also be able to do a complete reinstall from the cloud if you want. You won't have to use local media.
They do pretty big updates on a regular basis now, so I end up downloading a new copy at least once a year and putting it on USB just to keep up with reinstalls on people's PCs.. Otherwise you have to go through hundreds of updates after installing Windows. A cloud install will get you the latest version.
I think I may try that next. I'm hoping that it does a clean install properly. I'd like to have the new install as fresh as possible. I have plenty of time right now and virtually all of my data is on a separate drive, so all I do is disconnect the data drive and jump in.
