Help with LAN speeds.

Hi there all;
It has been a VERY long time since I posted a request for help but I am in need of someone who will think outside the box.

I have a modest system, it comprises of 10 computers, all running Win 10Pro, a NAS, 6 Network printers, 2 iPads, 4 Mobile phones
A Gigabit Network Switch, cat 6 and 7 cabling. The NIC's are varying but the one thing lately that I have noticed is that File transfers
from my NAS to any of the computers is limited to 11-13 mbps? It is only a recent development. I have disabled MWB and all Virus
scanners and the problem persists. I have NO issue with internet speeds so, I am stumped. I have noticed that the MTU and RWIN
are NOT what I have set.

Looks like one or more devices are connected at 100Mbps instead of gigabit.

This may be caused by various "power saving" settings in the NICs drivers, or even the gigabit switch. I would look into disabling NIC power savings first.
It may be a good idea to turn on jumbo frames, whatever your NAS supports (usualy ~9000 MTU).
You may look at the switch LEDs, most indicate whether the connection is 100 Mbps or 1Gbps, this may help you identify the device that is not connecting at Gigabit speeds.

What kind of NAS? Does rebooting the NAS/switch make any difference?
Are transfers between PCs limited to that speed or just the NAS?

The hurricane path is always kind of uncertain a couple of days away, the current forecast puts it close to us, but we are not directly in the path so we should be ok. Thanks for asking

I made a couple of changes and it appears that malwarebytes may have something to do with slow lan speeds??

I saw on Majorgeeks something about changing Bandwith allocation. My main machine shows it as enabled but set to 0%
would I benefit from changing this setting? I can't see where it would be useful but??
My Router, R8000 =Netgear, doesn't have the QOS setting enabled.

Malwarebytes could be the culprit, I would just go through the settings and disable any real-time processing of files, quit the program and try again.

Bandwidth allocation shouldn't make that much difference. Enabling jumbo frames and other settings might, but, seems you have narrowed down the speed issue to a single device? Is it the NAS, or a PC? Windows machine, etc.
Please try to narrow down to the exact device(s) having the issue, and tell us what speed you are getting from NAS/Internet, what type of NIC, OS, hardware, has it worked faster before, etc.

The WiFi standard determines at what maximum speed your router can work wirelessly. There are five generations of WiFi standards and each of them has its own bandwidth. But we are only interested in the last two - 802.11n and 802.11ac.

Have you try to copy any from old box wifi s/n put your phone or pc to speed up like edit mod put in note phone or pc it will work 100% I have the copy u can try used? first you need change go to IN GOOGLE ACCOUNT PHONE KEYBOARD PUT DEFAULT LANGUAGE
