Information request and tuning question

Post by Nqwsqw »

Hi,
I want to know how works autotuninglevel ?
Then, is dca and netdma enabled decrease network performance ?
And RWIN should be BDP(Rwin = ping x dl(kbps) / 8 / MSS et result round x MSS) or RWIN provided by Tcp Analyser ?

Autotuninglevel is determined by the OS depending on line conditions.
RWIN can't be directly set in newest Windows versions, so even though the Analyzer method is most efficient it is a moot point for Windows 8/10.
The effect of most of those settings are explained in the TCP Optimizer documentation, and in our tweaking articles on the main site:

Autotuninglevel - Normal

You can't set RWIN directly under Windows 10. For OSes that you can, one of the Analyzer recommended settings is most efficient.
