disconnect internet connected through LAN

I need to disconnect internet w/out restarting the pc 'coz i'm developing a certain program. pls. help me.

If the lan uses dynamic ips, what you can do is just release the ip in "winipcfg" or "ipconfig", and then you have no ip address and no way to connect to the internet, that's the easy way to do it.
