In Windows 10, since 1803 release you can't actually uninstall protocols or network drivers. This is annoying because in previous versions I was able to delete multiplexor, Microsoft Network client, shared files and so on. This kind of thing I never used and made my network have more responsiveness and less traffic. As far as I have read, Microsoft disabled the ability to mess with those settings because "some clients" ( as they state ) called for support after messing with multiplexor. I must say, I have always run without any of that crap and never get a problem.

I did what you suggest. There's still some random IPv6 traffic ( to internet and loopback zone) . Is that normal ?
Seems typical of Microsoft that there is some remnant traffic, but it should be negligible just checking the capabilities of the network and probing for nearby devices. Even if you turn off "File and print sharing" your PC should still have the ability to check for other network clients/printers, etc.
