I am using the latest, 4.09 optimiser and I changed the RWIN? about a week ago and today, I looked at it again and found it back to 10??
The attachment TCP.Optimiser.jpg is no longer available
I have tried to find where this setting is in the registry but haven't had any luck. When I backup the settings, there is NOTHING in that file
that mentions Rwin or connection speed. Am I chasing a phantom? or is Windows 10 intentionally hiding it on me?
Any help would be much appreciated so I know I am not losing what's left of my mind
Running Windows 10 17134.167, the NIC is an onboard Realtek crappy one.

I wouldn't worry about it much, once the settings are applied they should stick. Maybe you moved the slider with the old version 4.08? The program keeping the speed slider as you left it before is just a user convenience, it does not read it from Windows - it is a user setting that informs the program of your advertised internet speed. Just slide it to your advertised speed and don't worry about it.
