How to increase bandwidth

Post by ADlal »

« SpeedGuide.net TCP Analyzer Results »
Tested on: 2015.11.05 14:32
IP address: 125.19.xxx.xxx
Client OS/browser: Windows 7 (Chrome 46.0.2490.80)

TCP options string: 020405b40103030801010402
MSS: 1460
MTU: 1500
TCP Window: 65536 (NOT multiple of MSS)
RWIN Scaling: 8 bits (2^8=256)
Unscaled RWIN : 256
Recommended RWINs: 64240, 128480, 256960, 513920, 1027840
BDP limit (200ms): 2621kbps (328KBytes/s)
BDP limit (500ms): 1049kbps (131KBytes/s)
MTU Discovery: ON
TTL: 51
Timestamps: OFF
SACKs: ON
IP ToS: 00000000 (0)

Will any one suggest me how to get recommended RWINs such 256960 or 513920 or 1027840 using SG TCP Optimizer Build 7601 6.1 ? Can I get More Speed than my ISP offering now (512 kbps) ?

:)

With Windows 7 and newer, the RWIN is "auto tuning" depending on network conditions. We can only tune how aggressively the algorithm allocates it. Using the TCP Optimizer's "optimal" settings should do most of the work for you automatically.
