Windows 10 settings not staying

Post by Walker »

I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise and I've run Optimizer as administrator both times with Modify all adapters and every time I restart none of the settings are saved. According to "netsh int tcp show global"

Currentbuild: 10240
CurrentBuildnumber: 10240
currentversion: 6.3
buildlab: 10240.th1.150819-1946

Hi, I have Win 10 Pro and have the same problem as you wrote.. Settings just came to default upon restarting. How can this be fixed? It is my computers fault or you make a new version of the program which can sort it out.
Good luck to the programmers and thanks for any information.

Sorry, not after restart, the settings come back to normal just right after restarting the program.

Nobody respond on this important event? What you admins do? I can make a report of lazy admins and no support on important things in my projects.
Best of luck.

Lol, thanks for the "report of lazy admins".

There are at least two other threads addressing this issue. The settings are applied. Just that there are couple that are the same for default/optimal, and a couple that are not read at program start, since they are network adapter specific (i.e. they can be enabled for one adapter, disabled for another, unsupported by a third). That is why some of the settings will display as "default" when you start the program, regardless of whether you applied the settings or not. They are being applied correctly, and will stick after reboots.
