Over the past week or so, my internet has been having lots of problems. The netalyzr test showed that I had 3100 ms uplink, and 690 downlink as well as packet loss and network bursts of packet loss. I'm running windows 7 64 bit, and connecting directly to my modem with an ethernet cable.
For the packet loss, traceroutes always timeout on higher hops from my isp servers. I'm not sure if this is the place to fix the packet loss issue, but maybe you guys can help with the high network buffering.
