I don't think you were a member when I was active here. One of the main reasons I stopped posting was the constant fear-mongering that went on here. So I do pop in to see if it has stopped and to see whats going on in the world of Speedguide.

I think the bump of this thread is proof enough that the fear-mongering is still alive here, but if this is all it amounts to I might be able to live with that.

When people post links with pictures of headless children (cybotron r_9's post) that is a sock tactic. It is meant to use fear, hatred and disgust to rally people to their cause and that is the essence that is fear-mongering. Personally, I would never parade the corpse of a dead child around just to make a point, even if it is just a picture.

Btw, I understand that you collapse everything down to the "personal" as a way to deflect an argument.
