Will any of the motherboards at this site

Work with the specs on this PC?

Northwoods should all be socket 478s if I remember right.

I'll assume normal ATX size case.

I would avoid the Dells or Compaqs unless one of them is your actual model, the Asus P4B would prob be my choice.
