Jeeeze...the size of that axle....looks so much like a crankshaft.
Cool watching them make those connecting rods by hand.

The spec sheet only 350 pages....LOL today you wouldn't have anything that small for just a lamp!

I go to the Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion around Labor day weekend every other year for the last 6 years.

I sat for 2 hours once watching 2 giant pistons each the size of a Mini Cooper going up and down. Seen a single piston engine the length of a school bus (nearly 150 years old) that ran a generator which powered everything at the event.
