Okay, hi.
Heres the problem i've been having for the past week.
We have our internet provided by Virgin, using the Virgin Media Hub 2. There are up to 6 devices connected at any one time, from gaming to hd streaming to general video skype.
So if we do a speedtest we get something like 16ping, 60mbps download and 3mbps upload. Its been like that for about 3-4 weeks, all worked fine gaming was smooth, downloads were fast, great right?
Well as of about 5 days ago we've had some odd problems, the router will read anywhere between 0.2mbps download to 60 mbps download. Gaming has become unplayable, in the middle of league or cod it would stop play or not allow any input for 2-3 seconds every 5-10 seconds, so I could be in a team fight on league and just stop moving and watch myself die. Or on cod it would allow me to run in fine get a couple kills then brings up the connection interuption sign and jump me about the place.
I am getting rather annoyed with this, I've tried all servers for the games on my pc, all the online content for the ps3, and all the online content for the xbox, all has the same problem. Playing halo co-op? nope, i'm 10 seconds behind every now and then.
Restarting the router seems to fix it for about 25 minutes then it'll go back.
I'm very sad this is happening and would really appreciate someone helping me!
