Network monitoring software

Post by engr_abit »

Hi,

We are looking for a good network monitoring software where we can:

1. see all the computers,
2. see their task managers,
3. send message to the specified computer,
4. block computers in our network and
5. do everything above in our other branches?

Thanks

I am a boss who runs a small company with not many employees, I use <spam link removed> to remotely control and monitor what they have done during work time.
To be or not to be...

"Network monitoring" is completely different than "Employee monitoring". For monitoring employees and computer usage...basically "big brother watching" software...one would use a product such as some of the products by SpectorSoft. Completely different topic however.

<spam link removed DUMB NAME Spy Monitor> can be a good choice. it is able to satisfy what you need.

Actually...once again, spammers that clearly are not understanding what they are reading. The OP (original post) specifies "network monitoring" software, NOT "employee monitoring". RMM software is totally different than "big brother watching if the employees are goofing off of facebook all day" software.

We currently use Manage Engine opmanager to monitor status and provide snmp polling of all our network devices. We also have plixer scrutinizer collecting netflow from firewalls and routers.
