Error msg

Hi, Just before the windows avatar (is what i will call it) appears on my desktop I get the following error message "disk error press any key to restart" and once I do everything is fine.

I looked in event viewer>systems and received the following error:

In case you cant read it, it says
'The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
UimBus
Uim_VIM"

is there an easy to fix this so I won't see this error?
