CANNOT get remote desktop to work on server 2008

I setup remote desktop on server everything work ok from the internal network however when I start RDweb over the internet everything work ok up to the point when I click on remote app it start to launch the remote app then it say could not find the computer all the setting seem fine and everything work locally remote app start fine locally on any computer on the network but can it it to work outside I went as far as turn of firewall on the server still getting the error

You doing published APPs of the remote desktop server role? Or are you talking about the RDP client?
