That's the way the "system" works i guess. Pisses me off as well but what are you going to do? Our government has been corrupt for YEARS and there looks like there is no end in site.

It's worse than that. Add the cost of the people injured and killed, the lawyers, security, etc...

This guy is costing us millions.

Now that pisses me off even more.

Was Bush the one that put that policy in place?

The reason its being listed as Obama's administration's fault is because they declared it a workplace issue instead of terrorism. The policy has probably been around longer than even Bush's Terms.

You really need to take a break from Rush for a little while. I'll admit that the Obama administration has had some problems and has not lived up to my expectations but to honestly believe his administration is doing nothing but dividing the country is over the top in my book.

America holds "Innocent until proven guilty"....sometimes the flip side of that stinks when it's against us. But many more times it works.

The military has their similar rules, already long in place, the "Military Code of Justice"...of which includes a rule similar to "innocent until proven guilty"...and that presumption of innocence allows keeping the salary.

I'm sure the seniors in our military that wrote the Military Code of Justice aren't happy about this situation...but the law is the law.

One good point of that article, "A military judge refused to delay Hasan’s trial earlier this month after his attorneys sought to postpone the court-martial to Sept. 1"
So the judge is trying to move it along.

I'm not a Rush fan. And, only liberals use that as a label for others. I didn't attack you or label you. I'm independent in nature.

"some problems?" That's hilarious. Makes me wonder what we DON'T know about.

This man should have been trialed by military law, taken out back and shot, cremated, ashes wrapped in bacon, and shoved up the ass of the next person who does something like this.

Thanks.

Enough said.

You must be getting this stuff from somewhere. Maybe not Rush but talk radio, Faux News or maybe extreme right wing sites online. It's pretty obvious, Doofy.
The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, and prejudices to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children and the children yet unborn and the pity of it is that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone.

No tinfoil hat involved.

Just a fear/hatred for what is decent when it comes to social outlook. No such thing as a level-headed approach to justice."If they don't fit the mold I was cast from, all bets are off, I want revenge" mindset.

What the man did was of course abhorrent. We shal process him by due process... know why?

Because the members of our society who actually think before they pick up a torch and pitchfork will know better.

It wasn't a label, it was a reference. Where or how in the world did you perceive my comments as an attack?

Asking for a military trial is extreme? I thought he was at a military base, an officer, killing military personal, and doing it in the name of allah/jihad<----(meaning he has declared war on us). Even excluding the religious stuff, I still think he should have military trial.

I don't find it a stretch to ask for a military trial instead of some "workplace violence" BS excuse.

I never stated I was against due process. I don't know where you came up with that.

My opinions are mine alone. I don't need talk radio, msn, and others to form my opinion for me.

I find it ok that you disagree with my opinions. Glad to be in a country that allows it.

Tolerance. A result of rational thinking. Both my and your world benefits from this. Apply it globally and you'll understand.
