what is good for acid reflux and burping problem

Hi, I am new here and wanted to know if anyone has acid reflux and if u do. What do u take for it and if it helps? I have it since 1 year and nothing helps, i have at the end of day burping problem, that some air create in tummy and i burp -lately i take omeprasol and help but if not take it come back and i not sure if can take it all the time, doc not help at all -she perscribe controloc that not help. thx

Hi kucia

I have been on "Sandoz Rabeprazole 20MG" for several years now. I take it once a day in the morning though they do suggest you take in the evening prior to bedtime. I kept forgetting so i use in the morning and it works for me. I had Acid Reflux so bad it was like having a heart attck and this simply stopped it cold. Its a tiny little pill and you wonder how it can do what it does, but boy it works great for me.

Hope thats of some help as i know how bad it can be.

I live in Canada so things may be different in your local but here it is a prescription drug.
