Different download speeds on my network

I currently have a cisco 675 router with a linksys 5 port hub hooked up to dsl. I have a celeron 300 mhz with a realtek netcard in the first port, and a p3 450 with an intel netcard in the 2nd port. On internet explorer/netscape my download speeds are 5 to 10 times slower on my p3 450 downloading off the same server, etc... When using ws_ftp the download speeds are comparable and i get the same pings in gaming. What could be my problem??
