SSD if you can swing the price.
Love raptors myself too!
Having 2x separate drives even better IMO...and putting another pagefile.sys on the second spindle...nice performance boost.

I'm still running the 1st Gen Raptor from 2005 on my gaming rig - I just carried it over and over each time I rebuilt it and it runs fast but to be honest I think my 500Gig Seagate 7200 RPM drive runs just as fast since its a newer drive, newer parts etc you get the idea. If I had to make a choice now I'd go with a 120gig SSD and a 500Gig 32MB Cache 7200 RPM drive or something faster for storage.

those are the two i thought may be good, should i get 2 of the SSD and raid them ? trying to get my games to load a bit faster, is all was told better hard drive would do so.

I wouldn't fool with raid on a SSD..use it for loading the OS and some programs otherwise store the games on the other HDD till you need em and then move em back or whatever.
