Hello everyone here my situation
my setting is:
speedstream modem 5200
d-link DIR-825
since few days I lost internet access randomly let say every 10 minutes I can lost the connection for 2-3 minutes , on the modem the DSL light is RED when lost internet ( the light is green when I have internet access )
I call my DSL provider and , like always when they look the modem from their office it work fine ...so there nothing they can do other then tell me that my modem is too old ( 6 years old ) and I should change it .
So what I have done is I have connect my laptop on the modem directly and erase the error log file while it was running , I have wait until the modem lost the DSL again and wait that it get it back and I have copy the error log here it is :

So does someone here is able to help me if it is my modem who's not working properly or my DSL provider ?
thank you
lost dsl connection bad modem or bad dsl provider??
I would swap out the modem and also check the router and modem's firmware date. There could be a firmware update on the modem that may resloved the issues. This site has the manual and a frimware update to chsange into a router mode however since you own a router you want the modem in a bridge only mode.
