Guys need help with my network..

i have an 3mbps speed and when i always check the speed its always fast but when ever i stream other videos(except youtube) and download via browser my speed seems so slow..any idea what might happen?

Download the TCP Optimizer and run it at Optimal mode with Win Admin rights.

Also, do not use Chorme browser with the Analyzer. Use IE or FF.

Does not matter. Speed slider is only for XP.

its still the same sir.. slow download and buffer but good torrent speed.

You cannot test speed accurately if there are torrents running in the background.

Test speed at a test server in your country of http://www.speedtest.net and post.

What kind of antivirus do you use? Make sure you do not use 2 antivirus programs at the same time.

Also, see if disabling the SPI firewall in your router wil help.

You have two video accelerators running at the same time...use only one and uninstall the other.

Did you set a limit to the global upload speed in Utorrent? The limit should be at 65% of what your ISP is giving you eg. 512 kbps - limit at (512*.65/8=40 KB/s)
