bandwith balancing

hi i hope i'm explaining this right i have a store with 20 computer sharing 8mb and i want balance the bandwith equally i want to do it from a equiptment base instead of a pc based what equipt can by that will split the bandwith equally automaticly so if 2 computer is on it share the 8mb or if 10 coumputer on it share the 8mb automaticly is there a router or equiptment that can do that without much configuration
