Quick Return Bonus (QRB)

Stanford is testing adjusting points for returned work units with a QRB. This will weigh points towards the faster cpu's that can return a work unit in less than the suggested return time.

It's only being tested on 1 or 2 projects at the present time, but if it works out it will expand to all projects.
