Thanks guys for the birthday wishes. Haven't been around SG much lately. Been that busy college football time of year on The Plains of Auburn, so works been keeping me busy. In my off time I have become a running junkie. I started with Couch to5K back in May when my weight topped out at 306 lbs. Between drastically altering my diet and running, I've managed to drop right at 80 lbs so far. Current weight is 226 and I am probably in the best shape of my life. After the first time through C25K, a friend from church asked me to co-lead a running small group. We recently completed C25K and are two weeks into Bridge to 10K. Hoping to reach my goal weight of 190 by the first of the new year.
